Parent Coaching & Guidance for Autism Families

I am a parent coach and guide. I do not diagnose or provide therapy — I help you understand your options and move forward with confide,

I work with families who have autistic children and feel overwhelmed by all the information and recommendations. I help them understand their options, slow things down, and make calm, confident decisions that actually fit their child and family.

Who I Work With

I support families of autistic children who feel overwhelmed by information, recommendations, and pressure to “do everything at once.”

Parents often come to me when:

• They’ve recently received a diagnosis

• They’re confused by conflicting therapy advice

• School meetings feel intimidating

• Daily life feels harder than it needs to be

• They want guidance without fear, urgency, or judgment

My role is to help families slow down, understand their options, and move forward with confidence.

Hands Holding Gently

How I Support Parents

I serve as a steady guide and thought partner — not a therapist or diagnostician.

I work alongside you to:

• Understand what a diagnosis truly means — and what it doesn’t
• Make sense of therapy recommendations (ABA, speech, OT, social skills, and more)
• Prioritize what needs attention now and what can thoughtfully wait
• Prepare for school meetings with clarity and confidence
• Create supportive, realistic routines at home
• View behavior through a regulation and communication lens
• Reduce overwhelm and decision fatigue so you can move forward calmly

This is not about “fixing” a child.

It is about supporting the entire family with respect, clarity, and practical guidance.

You are the expert on your child. My role is to help you feel steady, informed, and confident in the decisions you make.

What Makes This Different

What Families Say

• I do not push a specific method or philosophy

• I do not rush families into decisions

• I work collaboratively with therapists and schools

• I focus on clarity, not intensity

• I prioritize the emotional well-being of parents alongside the child

Families often say they feel calmer, more grounded, and more confident after our work together.
